The staff at Wessex Garages Mazda Bristol were good because ,this is the second time purchasing a car and both times been disappointing with first booked meeting Ashley sent meet a lovely video about meeting but when arrived was kept waiting after telling him off my last experience kept waiting over a hour on last time I bought a car didn’t want this happen again but it so lovely chap Henry took the appointment in end he was very patient courteous throughout only thing was getting the free 5 days insurance was a complete disaster don’t know why to this day . But I do not blame Henry as he was very new to role . Reason I write these comments I just want the customer experience to improve. I did eventually speak to Ashley I said we ment to have an appointment with your self and he said he didn’t know and couldn’t remember? I’m sure Ashley is lovely person but it does not help my experience!

I had a great experience at Wessex Garages Mazda Bristol because the sales person was not pushy and was always helpful. I did not feel pressured and she was happy to answer all the questions I came up with before and after I purchased the car.
It's taken a while to write this review largely because I've been trying to find the right words to describe my experience with Wessex garage MAZDA Bristol where I bought a Jeep Renegade.
First on the price, I spent almost a year searching for cars to buy and carrying out online evaluation. I had few makes and models in mind. Had specifications (mileage, year, Gearbox, engine size, etc) in mind, and then I had price in mind. Of all the dealers I visited, (I visited a lot of them including your most popular ones) non ticked the boxes for me, that's until I came across Wessex garage Mazda Bristol. Not only did the car meet all the criteria I was interested in, it was in excellent condition and price was much lower than you can find anywhere else for similar car in the same condition. Wessex garage by far offer the best prices for cars.
They also have array of very great cars to choose from. In fact, If you are looking for something different from the usual stuff you see on every road without having to empty your account then I will definitely recommend a visit to Wessex garage Mazda Bristol!
Customer service again the best. Once I sent them the first message I had a reply in less than 5 minutes even on Saturday! Went to their garage with my family to view the car and we were very welcomed with tea and coffee and biscuits for my little girl. Gary was especially very kind to us! I could go on and on! Wessex garage Mazda Bristol for me is the best and number one car dealer in the UK!!!
